Had a great time with friends exploring the cultural highlights like El Paso Playhouse and Speaking Rock Entertainment Center. The stay was smooth overall, just expect that the elevator may not work at times, but the rooms were clean and cozy, making it a nice spot to unwind after adventures.

However, the check-in process felt a bit slow, as the staff seemed to be juggling multiple tasks. It would be helpful if the front desk had more team members available during busy times.

Had a good time in the queen room with two queen beds. The air conditioning worked well, and the room had a microwave and refrigerator for convenience. Nice shower and a cable TV for entertainment. The pool was open from 10 am to 10 pm, providing a perfect way to relax after exploring. Definitely a decent spot for a stay.

I had a decent stay overall. The complimentary breakfast was honestly better than expected, with eggs, bacon, and sausage—definitely a plus! Not for the faint of heart

I have stayed here a couple times now and every time the people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. It might be a little pricey but the outside looks maintained and they have working washer and dryers !

It wasn’t a bargain but still acceptable.

Not worth the trouble

So, we booked a queen room for 4 nights and it was a total mess. Checked in and the key wouldn’t work. Had to call for help a million times, and the hot water? Yeah, that was a joke. Also, breakfast was just a sad burrito in a bag. Really disappointed.

It was just a fine choice for a quick trip in El Paso with good price-value balance. I had an embarrassing encounter with housekeeping when they barged in while I was in bed. Make sure to latch your door to avoid unwanted surprises.
